A note about the food and wine on my site. I'd like to mention that even though I like wine I certainly don't advise drinking it every single day. I may open a bottle once a month. For the past two years I have been logging my recipes for a couple of reasons: 1)It naturally goes with what I do in life and 2)I like to cook and discover new and interesting flavors.
