You know how much I love tacos, right? I can put anything on a tortilla shell; fish tacos are my favorite. I've made a list of some of my favorite taco places in Austin.
Double Dog Dare
This is the time of year when I've replenished my freezer with fresh catch from the weekends. Then I simply reach for something fantastic out of the freezer as I choose.
Pour Me a Drink
I'm ready for a drink. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the festivities, I'm just sick over the oil gush occuring in the Gulf of Mexico. I plan to sit in the hammock until I can't feel my brain anymore. Then I'll partake in the taco battle occuring later this evening. Fish tacos vs. meat tacos - I'm not sure I ever met a taco I didn't like. The real beauty of mexican food for me is the guacamole. The creamy texture is divine.

Taco Thrills
I'm a sucker for tacos. Ever since I was a kid and one of my older brothers took me to Six Flags I've had fun memories of this food and theme parks. We rode the roller coaster until we were dizzy and then he said, "I'm hungry, wanna get some tacos ?" Seemed like a good idea; though, I'd never tried one before. Apparently, I led a sheltered life as a teen. I ordered two and had no idea how big they would be or if I would even like them. I inhaled the hand held crunchy treat and knew at first bite I severely underestimated my taste for tacos. We soon headed right to the log flume ride. Mid-way through the ride I shouted, I'm gonna need more of those tacos. I. was. hooked.
