Good day! I hope all of you are having a great week. I am. Dinner last night was the recipe right of the Market Vegetarian cookbook, Mushrooms stuffed with manchego cheese and fennel salad on the side. It was good but I prefer portabellas grilled over the outdoor fire and served on a toasted bun.
Sicilian pizza crust - part due. Toppings on a pizza are as individual as you are. To sauce, or not to sauce? It is up to you! I tend to use the items I have in my fridge but in all fairness that usually includes mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
The scent reminds me of home when my mom baked bread from scratch. She would let me play with a little bit of the dough in an attempt to keep me occupied.
