Like most everybody, I have been watching with horror as the events in the Gulf of Mexico have been unfolding over the last 50 days. Lately I have been using technology to make the most sense of what is actually going on out there. The grocery store is ripe with many choices, though paper and plastic for the most part moved to the 'green' bags. If you find yourself a little confused when cruising the produce isle and overwhelmed with the choices, join the club. I googled what Rainbow Chard really is the other day. I learned it is not a fish. Feeling empowered I went out and bought some.
