Grilled Fish with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette

I love a good grill party and tonight I made one of my favorite recipes from epicurious. The vinagrette is made using 2 T lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, 1t lemon zest, fresh basil and capers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce sit for 30 minutes for the flavers to marry together. This is excellent on the fresh catch or halibut. Warning! Make sure you have a lot of fish on hand because it went very fast. The crowd will want more.
