Face the Music
2011 is here, are you ready? Just because the decorations are put away doesn't mean the last bottle of bubbly needs to be. Clams over linguine is one of my favorite pasta dishes to make and this time I used Freixenet in place of white wine.

Time off during the holidays has to be my favorite part of Christmas. The weather here is ideal for outdoor activities in the winter. After I had my arse handed to me on the court I called a rematch next week. Racquetball is more my thing and I knew I was being setup.
Signs Of Spring
The signs of spring are here and I could not be happier. Feeling completely cheated over the lack of warmth this winter, I'll give spring a chance. Tomorrow I'm going to a ballgame and soaking up the whole experience.
Guinness and Dessert Combine
My friends and I gather routinely for cards and trivia night and often this is centered around drinks. Occasionally, the two collide with something other than a glass and undergo a transformation. In keeping with Octoberfest season, Shanon has outdone herself with Guinness ice cream spooned over Guinness brownies.
