Over the 4th of July Weekend we went to the beach and stayed at the condo in Jupiter. Coda used the elevator to get up and down the stairs so we didn't put any pressure on her neck. At first she kinda got real nervous and started shaking as the floor began to move. After a couple times she got over realizing all the fun was outside, not inside.

Pulse Check

This past week I was notified by National Geographic Adventure Magazine they are no longer publishing. I'm going to level with my readers, I'm really bummed by this news. Likely due to another victim of the economy and travel budgets being down. Truthfully, I have witnessed firsthand the smaller crowds and more subdued towns than prior years. National Geographic Adventure magazine was unique with off the grid treks which led me to wandering less on trains and becoming familiar with my back pack again. It was something I looked forward to every month and celebrated the arrival with a good beer and popcorn on the couch.

An Evening in Seville, Spain

Seville Cathedral
The cathedral in Seville built in 1401, occupies the site of the great mosque. A climb to the top of La Giraldi allows me to take in the beauty of the city below and the many angles of the immense cathedral. The top of the tower has gone through 4 different changes to reflect the powers of control to the current renaissance belfry.
