Vienna Passes Puppy Class

And we're walking... each dog and owner was tested individually by Mike.
Class nights are so much fun with Vienna and people have a good time while being there. It's an entire evening of interaction (her and me, not the class time) and then we go to dinner afterwards. She really looks forward to it because she knows she will learn new tricks and behaviors.

I used both hand signals and voice commands to teach her what to learn. She does down perfectly in the chalk box here.

Then she gets handled off to Mike the trainer and I have to walk down while she stays with him and waits for the next command.

The move is for her to come to me but I dont use the word, instead I use her name.

I'm walking all around her here seeing if I can get her to be still while I walk right up behind her and make noises.

She did a shake for her trick that was not pictured. Each dog was so fun to observe. The lab rescue in the background really came a long way with coming out of his shell. Bailey was very timid when he first arrived. The classes are designed to build the bond between you and your dog and learn to keep them safe. I highly recommend it!
