Southwest Bowl

Last night I went to a dirty t-shirt party with some friends and today I felt like sleeping in for a little recovery. Sleeping late during a rain storm is golden. Once I got up and surveyed the soaked lawn I made this for brunch.

It's much better once I remember to add the cilantro and feta to the mix; however, I ate half of it until I realized I left that off. Oops, I wanted a do over but I'm too full.

My lawn is a mess with the high winds lately. Debris is everywhere and I need to pick it up so the BBQ can happen later. The rest of the afternoon is likely going to be me reading with a cold drink in hand. I'm thinking this was the best decision I made all year.
