Artichoke and Potatoes Papillote Provencale

When I saw this recipe for Artichoke and Potatoes Papillote Provencale, I had to try it. I like to cook french food and I don't eat artichokes often enough but I do like them.

I really have been cooking lately and my house smells so delicious when I do. I find when I'm on my evening run I get a taste for dinner by the scents of the neighborhood. Nothing elaborate on my part but I like to enjoy my evening with a civil meal. There's something that makes the day close beautifully when you sit with a plate of homemade food in front of me.

After dinner we are walking to the corner pub for a pint. Happy St Patrick's day!
