The Sandbox

Over the weekend I played outside quite a bit. Can you blame me? The warm day enticed me to shed my jacket, my shoes, and sip rum runners by the sea. When you live in paradise sometimes it's hard to imagine places like Boston with snow on the ground.

The area I live in is known for the best grouper sandwiches and I have been enjoying them like crazy. A grouper sandwich is ideal for chasing away the winter blues: blackened, fried, grilled, steamed, sauteed, etc. I'll save you some, but hurry!

The mouthwatering fillet went well with the pickle and fries on the side; I even went back for more.
