Face the Music

2011 is here, are you ready? Just because the decorations are put away doesn't mean the last bottle of bubbly needs to be. Clams over linguine is one of my favorite pasta dishes to make and this time I used Freixenet in place of white wine.

Honestly, between Thanksgiving and Valentine's day I consume more bubbly than any other time of year. Anyone else?

It pairs so well with food from spicy Asian cuisine right down to scrambled eggs, and clams.

Speaking of clams, tonight I was scanning the channels for something to watch and noticed The Bachelor is on with Brad Womack. Ladies I had no idea the odds were so bad at finding a single man that ABC is now having to recycle them on their show. Really. If I may offer a tip? Well I'm going to anyhow - Be amazing all on your own.
