Sweet Beginnings

This week is keeping me on my toes. Between work, the roof, and rearranging furniture from the madness, I slept through the night with no problem. It's a huge sense of relief knowing it can take the torrential rain until it's completely redone. When I woke up I checked the floors and the news is good.

Breakfast was served in 2 installments this morning. First, I ate a tangerine and then when the sun came out I made the parfait. I used Fage yogurt and sprinkled chia seeds in between layers for added nutrition.

It's going to be a great day.
