Full Circle

This is a time in my life I am revisiting familiar areas. Literally. What's funny about a circle is it implies arriving back at the same point which it began. This may be true for the physical aspect; however, there is so much more to see the second time around.

Experience has taught me to explore and ask a lot of questions. This is a good thing because I'm naturally a curious person. My work is managing complex web applications and projects and organizing the chaos that comes with it. I look forward to new challenges and discovering if and what limitations exist as well as spreading my wings and growing.

Chances are I've made this dish a half dozen times; however, I have perfected it over time. The skin on the salmon completely transformed into a crisp salty crust that when combined with a bite of the smooth, buttery creamy fillet was perfectly balanced. I learned once I place it on the fire to not touch it until it's time to cook the other side. Let it cook for 2 minutes or more depending how much crust you like. The crunchy goodness is the best part of this dish.

And then just to satisfy my sweet tooth I picked up a little dessert. Raspberry elegance was a welcome treat on my plate with a cup of chamomile tea. I like fruit for dessert much like I do for breakfast. It's especially great because I've tried including more fruit and vegetable with most of my meals and snacks and this was my sly way of getting it on the plate.
Have a great night.

stumbled across it. Wow! So serene.
I've always enjoyed cooking and traveling
in my mind. The food is "heavenly." If you
ever need an assistant...
Nice to 'meet' you here.
