The Tropics are Heating Up
The tropical storms and rain have driven temperatures down low in the 80's and made for breezy conditions - it is gorgeous. Not really boating weather; but, going outside isn't all bad being cooler than normal for summer. The scorching cities such as Austin and Atlanta must feel down right unbearable right now.
Tropicana rolls, contain mango and avocado on top and sprinkled with macadamia nuts. I can think of no better combination for fish than mango.
