The Fish Man Was Expecting Me

On my home home I stopped at the fish market. As I approached the counter the owner brought my attention to these bad boys. He must have remembered my love of crustaceans and he was curious if I'd arrive before they closed. Sometimes my days are long and this was one of them. "Seeing those," I said, "I hope you can recommend a bottle of wine as well."

Now before you think my portions are off take a look alongside my hand for measure. They reminded me of lagostinos.

I brushed one with coconut mango salsa and the other with lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt. Both were pan seared on the grill.

After I took a bite I'd say the texture to be similar to lobster and tasted sweeter than normal shrimp. Every bite was delicious.
